The name of this trail did not give me confidence. The white blaze on the rock behind Helen tells me that – yes – the trail really does go this way. Helen’s head popping up behind the rock at the top confirms that this is where the trail goes. A rare picture of us together on the trail – thanks to a fellow hiker who joined us for most of the day.
