We are having a difficult time getting our bodies adjusted back to the time zone. We don't know what day it is and when we are supposed to eat and sleep! Lori and I were ready for bed; hence, an untimely match for all involved! We actually took shifts so each of us could get at least 90 minutes of sleep and a shower, but we were dragging. Two Worlds, One Family.". Saturday, October 30, 2010. Leaving on a jet plane. We leave at 11:00 AM, Sunday, heading to Logan for our 2:00 PM flight to JFK. Leaving 8:05 PM with a direct flight to Moscow (Arriving about 5:30 AM Monday morning - East Coast time). We arrive in Perm at 10:30 AM, Monday morning.
