I wanted Sparks to sleep with us last night but Nestory says if people knew we allowed a dog into our house they would never visit us. I was like, ‘whatever – it’s not like anyone visits us anyways! Just another WordPress.com weblog. Archive for December, 2009. A Christmas Wedding…. On December 31, 2009 1 Comment. We’ve finally got internet but its ‘pay per use’ which means no surfing for me. No big deal since I was never much into surfing anyways. I think it’s her day! As I pointed to the girl in white. At around 2pm the bride was on the verge of leaving. And I was ready to go with her but we stuck it out. The ceremony was interesting to say the least. How could it not be, with a drunken priest?

He is this kid that works at the little store near our house. And he insists on kissing my hand every time I see him. I’ve told him I’ll come back in find him in about 10 years! The weather has been complete crap so I haven’t been able to spend any time at the pool in days and days. I keep hoping for a sunny and hot day soon!

After finally somewhat starting to get accustomed to the power outages, we are now dealing with water turn-offs. Last night we finally got water back after spending three days without. Not sure if it’s true or not, but my neighbour told me it is because we are entering the ‘dry season’. Ha Like I would have EVER guessed that! So, I wasn’t completely miserable without water ...

After breakfast, we went to the beach to swim and pick seashells. I’ve got a definite infatuation with picking seashells. Anyways, this local guy comes by with a bag FULL of seashells. Big, shiny ones. My response is Where did you get these? 8230; And he points to an island ‘over there’… So I figure I can go there and pick my own. Almost time to go home....

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Biggest Loser Road Trip – Day 2 – YELLOWSTONE! September 14, 2012 by jodytoday. I loved the little motel I stayed in last night. I was so exhausted that I pulled into the first motel I could see and it ended up being perfect and 1 cent under budget! The owner told me he makes breakfast in the morning and does he ever! Breakfast was included in the room, to order, and prepared before your eyes in his outdoor bbq kitchen. I had a breakfast burrito and it was delicious!
