Just an average Joe…. February 1, 2015. February 1, 2015. Day one of #5KFeb is over. The 5K turned in to 7K, simply because we just went out and ran a predetermined route (which I hadn’t measured in advance). It was cold, clear and crisp – perfect conditions really. I found it really enjoyable and picked up some pace in the final few hundred metres. One thing is certain following the achy feet once I finished though; those New Balance can’t come soon enough. Looking forward to the rest of the month now.
