Last week I did a different loop every day while I was there to visit my Mom and Dad. I didn't see any other Track bikes on the road but I had a great time on some beautiful blacktop like this tree line...It wa...

Music, Guitars, Gear, Bikes and Food. Sunday, February 19, 2006. Well, usually we are a band but. Somehow we got convinced to be models for a day. I was really hoping that we were gonna leave the photo shoot with Bicycling Magazine's 2006 Buyers guide with armloads of expensive new cycling togs but it just didn't work out that way. It was a lot of fun though and I got 'em to list my website and I was also able to give 'em a song from "Knucklehead" as a free download on their site. Check it out. The Studi...

Music, Guitars, Gear, Bikes and Food. Monday, November 27, 2006. The Deep Fried Turkey. In the other corner. The Roasting Bag Turkey. You need the rig which absolutely must be set up outside. You also need over $35 bucks worth of peanut oil. It is fast fast fast. 11 lb turkey cooked in 36 minutes. The skin (which nowadays is mostly for platter garnish) came out golden brown. Brad and I walking the turkey over to the neighbors 'fry pit'. Ooops, dropped it! The rig including spillbox. I like to carve turke...

Music, Guitars, Gear, Bikes and Food. Saturday, March 18, 2006. The Yayhoos:Put the Hammer Down. Summer has always given us hope that our favorite Rock and Roll band was about to put out that next big sing-a-long blockbuster hit. Wild and free from the demands of school, we needed that release that great new music gave us! Well, there's plenty of that on here! Just pop on the infectious "Anything/Everything" and try NOT to sing or scream along with the Yayhoos own theme song! Posted by roscoe at 11:57 AM.
