I have had some sacred experiences and always prayed to be able to go again. They only go every 4 years and in the previous treks we went as "Ma's and Pa's" to a group of teenagers. Kayla turned 14 on February 28th and Kennady turned 2 on March 21st. They are both delightful and I am so blessed to be their grandmother. Friday, December 31, 2010. And, I loved our "donkey"! The greatest part was that we had a real live baby in the. Manger" which was a laundry basket filled with a pillow and white fabric. Mary borrowed a chocolate fountain which tunred out to be so much fun. It something we will have to add to our Christmas Eve traditions. I love to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for His love and tender mercies to my family and me. We have so much to be grateful for.

Monday, January 9, 2012. Happy New Year 2012. All of the kids except Marlon were home to say good-bye to 2011 and to welcome in 2012. I thought that the young ones (and maybe some of the older ones) would not stay awake until mid-night, but everyone hung in there.
