Sunday, May 25, 2008. 两个月，我没在绿油油的草地上奔跑了。。 两个月，我的脚没碰过足球了。。 两个月，我找不到我的自信。。 由于之前踢球弄伤了脚踝，休息了接近一个月，后来在海边的意外，导致我第一次离开球场那么长时间。。球场是我找到信心的地方 球场是我好好释放自己的灵魂去享受流汗. 今天，我重生了 我再次回到了球场，看到熟悉的球，看到熟悉的队友，听见熟悉的声音。。好久没有这样的感觉了 虽然这么久没踢球了，但今天状态还不错地，哈哈。。只是人胖了一点，跑起来比较喘，体力也下降很多了。。好怀念以前体力充沛的时期. 现在只希望脚踝的伤快快好起来！ 我要爬山 haha. Wednesday, April 16, 2008. 这是我第二次选择Mersilau登神山，上次因为某种原因无法登顶，所以还蛮期待这次的旅程，我的夥伴们都是第一次呢 早晨7点多大伙们就起身准备，吃了早餐9点多就开始8KM的路程了。大家有说有笑一起走的感觉还真好，就像回到中学时打打闹闹的感觉 走了6KM来到了interchange，可是不见Timpohan路线的人，还以为有机会见到美女，哈哈 开始空气稀薄，天气越来越冷，不好的事发生了。。 高山症，最受不了头痛，想快一点也不行 越喘就越辛苦，还真难挨。。到半山洗刷后去享用晚餐，美食当前却没胃口，难受！！8点多吃了两粒班纳杜acti fast就去休息了 过后又吃了一粒，睡不着又头痛，真担心自己无法凌晨攻顶，我已错过了一次- 不能再错过第二次了. 1点30分大家都起来了，整夜没睡也没觉得很累- 2点40分出发攻顶，这次不到山顶不死心！！ 在天未破晓早晨5点多，我们已接近山顶了，看着太阳快升起的当而，感觉自己其实和太阳在同一条平行线上，哈哈。。 为了这张全体照，在山顶吹了半小时 其实很值得，老了回看这张照片其实很有纪念价值 美好的回忆.
