瞬間 Split Second: May 2007
http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Wednesday, 23 May 2007. RIP - My Canon Powershot S2 IS. I found out that my favourite P&S camera has turned blind upon Johanna and my arrival in Amsterdam for our holiday trip on 3rd May. Based on my internet searches, most likely the CCD is gone as many similar problems have been reported on this model. It's quite sad considering that this camera is less than 2 years old. I'll definitely miss the 12x optical zoom. Tuesday, 8 May 2007. Our h...

瞬間 Split Second: August 2007
http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Friday, 3 August 2007. I love bright colours, and hence flowers (especially tulips) are one of my favourite photography subjects. It was great to be back at Keukenhof again, this time armed with a DSLR instead of a 35mm film camera, even though I was still fairly inexperienced with the DSLR. More photos of tulips here. Taken with my new Canon EOS 30D camera. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

瞬間 Split Second: April 2007
http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Thursday, 26 April 2007. Reminiscence of George Town's past Glory. Located on an island once described as the Pearl of Orient, George Town is the first City in Malaysia. Unfortunately, due to political reasons, this Pearl has lost its glow for a long time. Even though still recognised as the second largest city in Malaysia internationally, it is not recognised as a city by the current Government. Tuesday, 24 April 2007. Monday, 23 April 2007.

瞬間 Split Second: March 2007
http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Friday, 2 March 2007. Continuing from the previous post. Flowers are my favourite subject for photography because of their vivid colours. The Kuala Lumpur Orchid Garden houses about 3,000 orchid species from around the world, with 800 species from Malaysia alone. Orchids are one of the most diverse plants on Earth. It was definitely a field day for my new Canon Powershot S2 IS. Two of my favourite shots. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

瞬間 Split Second: February 2007
http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Tuesday, 27 February 2007. Having not tested out my new Canon Powershot S2 IS camera, I've decided to have my first serious photo outing at the KL Orchid Garden, together with Johanna and her friend Adrian Koh. Who is a great photographer to provide some tips and comments. The first species that excited me at the orchid garden was not any of the orchids. Instead, it was the blue Egyptian lotus - Nymphaea Caerulea. Forums and photo galleries.

A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Saturday, 22 August 2009. Around St James' Park and Westminster. Of all the lovely parks in London, St James' Park is my favourite due to the abundance of flora and fauna and the beautiful lake in the middle. There are also plenty of interesting spots surrounding it, including Buckingham Palace,. Londoners enjoying the sun - sunny days are precious. The lake in St James Park with London Eye in the background. Flowers at St James' Park.

http://photo38.blogspot.com/2007/06/price-of-war.html
A split second's work that lasts an eternity. Blog : Tea Break. Wednesday, 13 June 2007. This photo is perhaps a good reminder to the sorrows of war. Unfortunately, humanity hasn't seem to learn to avoid wars. perhaps will never will. Taken in the War Museum in Canberra. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
