Bird is the word. 11 months (and two days! Publicerad 2014-11-30 12:23:26 i Mitt liv. I'm late with this post because I've been soooo busy with uni and all that. But here I am! A lot is going on, I've got a job! And I haven't even graduated yet ;) I'm starting in feb next year. This also means that I'm moving back home! Haven't lived in my hometown since like 2007 so that's exciting! How about my skin? As you can see not much to complain about really. It's just very dry!

Så torr att när jag tvättar mig på kvällen kan jag knappt le förrän morgonen efter. Och just ansiktstorrheten blir otroligt påverkat av mitt mående för dagen. Bra sömn - bra hy från morgon till eftermiddag. Dålig sömn - torr hud plus röda fläckar på hakan och runt näsan. The dryness in my face is bothering me the most. Can't cover it up! Visst är det ledsamt!

Jag har i en vecka nu kört MW (moisturise withdrawal) vilket innebär att jag inte smörjer in med något alls. Ingen kokosolja, ingen calendula, INGET någonsin. Som en eksemveteran känns det rätt sjukt. Hela livet har jag fått höra att jag måste. Smörja smörja smörja men då får ju aldrig kroppen chans att reparera sig själv. So 70 days, not bad! Monday, 2 June 2014. From pharmacy to dustbin. Only one destination for this bad boy and that is the bin, total toxic rubbish! Had a derm appointment and told him I'm happy with my progress on ciclo and he says he is happy too but why don't I try some of this too? Couldn't be bothered to argue so here it is in my bag of Meds! So glad to have people who know what they're talking about who I've met on this journey because I know not to use this nasty stuff. Monday, 28 July 2014. Rock, Taper, Scissors. So the day is finally here.I'm starting to taper off ciclosporine! I've reduced from 300mg daily to 250mg daily - not a huge jump but just the fact I am starting to taper makes me happy :). Hopefully I won't see too many crazy flares and I can continue tapering.
