These Are The Days. Sunday, June 24, 2012. Hot Springs Mountain Trail. This week I decided to go back to one of my favorite places Hot Springs, Arkansas. Today was a beautiful day in Arkansas but it was HOT! Hot Springs Mountain Trail is a great trail system that runs up the Hot Springs Mountain and down to Bathhouse Row. I hiked several trails today here are some shots from another great day outdoors. I started my hike on the Grand Promenade it's a beautiful brick paved walkway that overlooks Central Ave.

These Are The Days. Friday, July 1, 2011. Each month I try to focus on one aspect of my life, personality, etc to improve. Today marks a new start I have chosen to focus on GRATITUDE this month. According to Dictionary.com GRATITUDE is the "quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.". For what I do have and less time stressing over what I don't have. It is Fourth of July weekend 2011 time to eat, drink (a lot) and blow things up what could be more American than these three things?
