From Kuala Lumpur u can travel by MAS ( 2 flights/day) and Airasia (1 flight/day). Approximate time is 2 and half hour. From Kota Kinabalu, u can drive to Menumbok around 2 3 hours drive, and take a ferrie to the island(rm40 per car, plus around RM5 per passenger (if not mistaken!
