Butternut squash lasagne

900g butternut squash (peel and slice into smallish crescents). 600g spinach, well-washed. 60g emmental or gruyere cheese, grated. Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon. Three cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced thin. 12 tbsps creme fraiche. 600g assorted mushrooms (eg. chestnut, closed cup, pied blue etc). Dash of Tamari (soy) sauce. Basil pesto (4 tsps) (only if not allergic to nuts! Bake at 220c for about 25 minutes till crisp!

Here are a few random panoramas that I've taken and stitched together using Hugin. Most were taken with my TZ5 (compact) camera, and so aren't the highest quality, but it was the camera I had with me at the time. Don't look too closely at the stitching as I sometimes introduced parallax issues by moving (and the chap in yellow on the bike appears twice in the last image; the risks of moving people! Click on each image to see the full-size version. And a wheatfield near Capernaum. As seen from Masada.
