I love this time of year, it's so festive and colorful! But one of my favorite things that I have is a glass Christmas Tree shaped candy dish. My grandma Betty gave it to me years and years ago. She always had one at her house filled with M and M's. So I can't wait to go to the store and buy some red and green M and M's to fill it up with.

BBQ and Bluegrass →. Sunday, January, 23, 2011. Yesterday we spent the day skiing at Beech Mountain – a high temp of 17 degrees (with light winds) kept us chilly, so we never stopped moving… except to wait in some ridiculously long lines at the high speed quad lift. Skiing is exhausting so today we’re resting, curled up on the couch watching conference championship football games and eating chicken fajitas.
