I was drawn back into domestic goddess land. Yesterday I treated myself to a pair of size 11 Tazuki Velvets and two spools of this lovely rosy yarn before settling down for an evening knit off. As if we didn't have enough sweet and savory to feast on yesterday, Jennifer decided we should bake a skillet apple pie to finish off our Christmas celebrations. 2 lbs Granny Smith apples. 1 1/2 lbs Braeburn apples. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar. 1 package Pillsbury refrigerated piecrusts (2 to a pack). 2 TBSP granulated sugar. 8226; Preheat oven to 350º.
