Second Appointment and a picture! Thursday, January 20, 2011. The baby is 7 weeks and 6 days old, and doing great! I saw it's little heartbeat and it was fluttering very well. I can't wait until we find out if it is a boy or a girl :). Nothing else has really been going on. I still haven't had any morning sickness, though the smell issue is still there. 16 Week Appointment 3.7.2011. Wednesday, March 9, 2011. This week we went in for our 16 week appointment, wahoo! I didn't think we would be doing an ultra sound, but we did! At first he did just the little heartbeat machine, but then decided to do a full ultrasound just to make sure baby is doing good. It was really fun to see. The boys had the awesome idea of climbing up this waterfall. it was freezing and thundering down at I swear 100 mph. How did McKay talk you into that, Rach? Mouth of the cave we went into. I don't know who's sick idea this was, but who the heck wants a huge spider anywhere near them? Cute family pic. this was the prettiest little area for a walk. Beautiful stream with wild summer grass and flowers.

Oakley at 1 month. Monday, September 19, 2011. My little monkey is a month old! I can't believe it! And she still is wearing newborn outfits that are too big for her. HAHA. She loves her toys that make noise. While her arms are still randomly flailing around, whenever she bumps the toys and it makes noise she loves it! She also loves to watch the butterflies on her mobile. Bath time is one of her favorite times! Mommy loves to take sleepy pictures. She has also learned to sleep anywhere! Just So Scrappy 2.

Monday, January 25, 2010. More people that make my life wonderful. Amazing is what this boy is. He pretty much can outdance anyone that I know, and has a heart of gold. I have never met ANYONE like him. He is so comfortable with himself and that is such a foreign concept to me. I admire him so much for that. He makes me strive for that in my own life. A little glimpse into the everyday life of the Mathew family. Monday, March 20, 2017. Jonah's Life in the NICU. Jonah spent a total of 40 days in the hospital before he came home. His first two weeks were in the NICU at St. Joseph Mercy. After I was discharged as a patient there, I was still able to stay in the hospital in what they refer to as "nesting rooms". It was such a blessing to be right down the hall from him, instead of 51 miles away. Someone sure loves his daddy! This was my view for many weeks.
