Frog Lake with Castle Peak in the background. Three of us made the attempt to summit this, but I ended up backing out while my neighbor and his son made it. Thursday, May 7, 2009. 3 Boys stiff breeze 48 F 7:20 pm melted snow running down the river=? Catch any fish but we did. Get quite a story out of the trip. They had a bucket which they were sure if they stuck it in the water fish would swim in and they'd have it! Picture of on the way home. You can see our home behind Josh and Ryan. Monday, May 4, 2009. Friday, June 26, 2009. Melody Makers was Broadway Musicals at their Best! Ashley's solo came from "Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat." She has a beautiful alto voice and she really blossomed in this performance. She sang out strong, with great timing. It is fun to see her developing her talents! Sunday, October 18, 2009. Angel," our favorite and only Bantam Leghorn chicken died. She laid the cutest little white eggs. The kids have shown her at the County Fair and won quite a few ribbons. We always caught her to show friends and Kiylee and Ashley put on a talent show with her and Dalmation. Sadly today, Brady our dog, chased Angel to death. (Dalmation died earlier this summer). Ryan's job was to pull out the big rocks once Landon loosened them up. Here is Landon digging. Get Wood or Go Sledding?

Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Post Transplant Day 84. Things were going pretty well. But last week at her appointment on Wednesday, we found out her potassium was really high. According to the Nurse Practitioner it was "scary" high. The doctor said they were in a "minor" panic! High potassium can lead to heart arrythmia which can potentially be fatal. Not something to be taken lightly! The one can cause low blood pressure so we have to watch for that. She was released from the hospital on Friday.
