However this is one Easter tradition that's huge in Jamaica. Everyone goes out and buys their Easter Bun and Cheese. Seen on the left is our Easter Bun and cheese- The bun is delicious by itself- It has raisins and is kind of like sweet spice bread. The cheese however is warm, processed, and has a weird smell (this of course is my opinion! Weird, Crazy, Funk?

Thursday, August 22, 2013. Camp-out inElkmont with the Frenches.Fireflies were not t out yet. The Frenches camped out at Elkmont and invited us to supper. We stayed one last time at the Riverside Hotel.They are going to tear it down to make a parking lot:(. We went to Elkmont to see the fireflies. We stayed at the Gatlinburg Inn with these two friends. Saturday, July 18, 2015. We think this is a bud of a camellia flower.not sure.and we didn't go back to check later. We did get to Elkmont for the firefly show with the Frenches. We went before the park was officially closed for fireflies , so we drove right to our spot to sit and watch.just across from Jakes Creek trail .Good show. Josh and I celebrate monthiversaries 🙂 That might sound like we’re not getting enough “dates” but since we’re homebodies and have no kids, most nights look like a date night – dinner and a movie or something like that. We’re spoiled. We’ve been to the botanical gardens a few times together but never into the park. We’ve lived 3 different places already:. 1) apt in Marietta. 2) adorable house in Oakhurst/Decatur.
