Every morning in the shower I practice my zipper stroke as I sing ACDC "thunder". I started out swimming 2 laps with about 30 minute rests. Happy to say that this morning I swam my first 1/2 mile. Smith Party of Five. Tuesday, February 10, 2009. What is chilblains you might ask? Well, I'd say its just a fancy way to say "cold feet"! We got Madison's biopsy results today and I'm so relieved! She has what is called chilblains syndrome which from what I understand is a circulatory problem when cold feet warm up too fast. The doctor described it as sort of opposite.
