The oil painting here is an unfinished Caribbean port scene. I just didnt have any more inspiration left in me to complete it. The tropical beach scene I did in one hour with some oil pastels. (It was the last day of my senior yr of high school when i did that! So sorry about the glare. The swan was my first use of watercolor! Jen - your art is beautiful!

Two weekends ago, Newegg had a 72 hour sale. In it was a 1 terabyte external drive.(FANTOM GD1000EU) I wasn't sure if I should get it as I had just cleaned up my other drive (250gb and had about 100gb free). But the price was just too good to pass up at 100$. I got it last week and hooked it up. First thing, format it to ext3. The next part was and is the longest, copying all my data over USB 1.1 to it.
