In Life, I just want to be Hugged. Sunday, January 23, 2011. Obviously, its been 2011 for awhile now. It began epically, and has continued to hold to that. It is Sunday, and as per usual I have spent most of my day in my bed recovering after a large brunch, alternating napping with FB stalking and picture liking. I have a habit of running a bit late. Party on, Zombie Jesus! Warning: This is a photo heavy post. Beware! This weekend was jam-packed with food, friends, and fun. And while all that excitement (and lack of sleep) made getting up this morning extremely difficult, it was totally worth it. Friday night was family dinner, as per usual, and we did a Mediterranean theme again. Then we met up with another college buddy, wandered about, and got seriously delicious cupcakes. Chips, salsa and lobster guacamole.

I have a habit of running a bit late. Out with the Old and In with the New. I have so much to post about I don't even know where to start. The past week has been a hectic, but really good one. Lists always seem to serve me well in these types of situations:. 1 I got a job! 150 people applied, and they picked me. Freaking awesome. Also, it pays $16/hour. YAY. They want me to start Monday. Beat the eggs in a small bowl; mix with salt and pepper – add 4 tsp water to help yolk and egg blend. Melt 2 Tb of butter for later and set it aside to cool. Butter the pan with 2 Tb of butter, pour in the eggs, and let warm over medium-low heat. Stir constantly. Wait until it starts to thicken– this will take several minutes before anything happens – and then stir more, constantly, quickly until they are a bit dryer than you want. Seriously - by hand.
