For creating a morning and evening 'High Five' chart and visited the blog where it originated, called Life as a Mom. You can read about their system for getting things done, and see her High Five charts, here. Evening routines are also pretty set and the children are comfortable with it, but I. So, two of our evening High Five fingers will hopefully remind me. 1 Put away books.

(My darling husband loves to bake and he blesses us with a freshly-baked loaf on all the other days of the week! Lashings of peanut butter, a peeled banana and strawberry jam! I really just did this on the spur of the moment, so no great photos, but mmmmmmmmm, they were delicious! I think her Spider Web Pizzas.

I base it on 80% variety fresh fruits, some protein (nuts, cheese, biltong etc.) and a little carb.
