Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Thyme Gravy. 2 large chicken breasts. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. 1 pint sliced white mushrooms. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 2 tablespoons dry sherry. 1 cup heavy cream. Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to form 4 thin cutlets. Pound them to an even thickness and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wednesday, January 14, 2015. She is getting so big! Her first 2 bottom teeth came in last week, and I can see the first 2 top teeth just under the gums! Also, for the first time yesterday, she was able to sit up on her own! She is so sweet, and such a good, happy baby! She loves her big sisters so much, and they really love her! The Joy of Baking.
