Junior Race Car Academy. A morning or afternoon session costs 425 VAT. Damage is highly unlikely as there is a top level ARDS instructor sat beside the driver during all sessions. However any damage as a result of driver error will be subsequently charged to the driver’s parent or guardian, please see terms and conditions for details. Junior Race Car Academy. Depending upon the driver's ability, they will receive driver coaching on the following aspects of junior racing. Drivers may require a number of visits to the Academy to be fully proficient at all points:. Breaking and accelerating technique. Weight transfer, advantages and disadvantages in achieving maximum performance. How to maximise the grip available under deceleration and acceleration. Heel and toe proficiency. Junior Race Car Academy. Drivers can choose from a morning or afternoon session and will receive:. Signing on, briefing and classroom session. This is designed to explain the fundamentals of driving a car quickly and safely on the circuit including racing lines, car dynamics and weight transfer. Specific attention is paid to the differences between a car and a kart. Instructors will be introduced and their instructing style and methods will also be explained. G40 familiarisation with driver seat fitting.
