Saturday, January 29, 2011. Wintertime fun part 2. Well tax season is upon us and Jason is working A LOT. The girls and I are having a great time but I have a new appreciation for single moms! Here's some pictures from earlier in January before we got too busy to get the camera out. Molly loves this baby spoon she borrowed from Cassidy. Carly loves to paint.so does daddy. It should come as no surprise to anyone that there is a beautifully painted water color tractor on our fridge. Carly in her big rig.

Saturday, February 26, 2011. That's right, miracle of miracles, both girls are down for a nap at the same time. As usual it has been a busy few weeks for us. Jason continues to work lots of hours and to make our spring a little bit more interesting we just accepted an offer on our house and our offer was accepted on a new house. Hooray! You may notice that our little flower child has completely embraced the idea of dressing her self. It really is fun for the whole family. Carly loves to help shovel.

Monday, June 11, 2012. Well to be fair this post includes a lot more than birthdays. As usual we have been a bit lax in our blog updates, so we will try to cram the last couple months of fun into this one post. The girls were playing in the spare bedroom and found these sweaters that Aunt Aggie made for me when I was a little girl. That means they are OLD. The girls loved them. Here they are modeling their "new" little sweaters. Getting ready to color Easter eggs with Ellie and Isaac at Gram and Bakka's.

Sunday, May 22, 2011. Aunt Jenn and Aunt Megan come for a visit. In preparation for moving Molly out of her car seat and into Carly's, we got Carly a new one. She helped pick it out so it's purple, of course. She LOVES it, here she is trying it out before Jason installed it in the van. Aunt Jenn and Nick came for a visit Mother's day weekend. Monday, July 16, 2012. We made a trip to IL for Father's day weekend so Kim could do the Warrior Dash with Megan and Brian and some of their friends. Here we are nice and clean pre-race. And a little muddy post race. I'm sure someone told Brian to put on his best warrior face. It was a VERY hot day so after the race we went back to Megan's house for some pool time (after a very necessary shower). Molly decided she was done swimming so changed into clothes but . The pool pulled her in. Seems to sleep ok.

Well as usual it has been a LONG time since we've updated the blog, but I'm betting that right about now Gramma could really use a pick me up! Sunday, March 25, 2012. Well we've made lots of progress since our last post. The girls have been very excited and very helpful. Carly is really starting to excel at home improvement projects.and no matter what she's doing, there is no reason not to look her best. Mudding and taping the drywall. Molly hasn't really learned these valuable skills yet, but she sure is appreciative of all of Daddy's hard work. There was lots of running and screaming.
