A little bit of crazy is good for the soul. Sunday, April 11, 2010. This is a simple stir-fry dinner. Start by cooking brown rice according to package directions. (1 park water to 2 parts, cook for 30-40 min.). While the rice is cooking cube 1/2 a block of extra firm tofu. Fry till brown in a little olive oil, then set aside.
