Wednesday, January 21, 2009. ON THE ROAD AGAIN……………. We got home from Kansas City in time to celebrate the New Year with our kids that live here. I must say, I don’t think Richard and I are too exciting anymore, just exhausted! 160; What happened to dancing, and Guy Lombardo? He however remembered that I don’t like flowers and so I got something near and dear to my heart! Now that is true love! 160; An Edible Bouquet! I fly back after a week, and then have an ENTIRE week to get ready to go to Idaho!

Sunday, August 3, 2008. This is the shelf, however it is upside down :) Shhhhhhh! I changed the mat and put ribbon around the picture to make it "match" a little bit more. We had a family home evening in 1992 and talked about the lost sheep and the shepherd. We all signed it and it is a treasure. I love a day committed to food with friends and family; but why can that not be every day? Why should we feel the need to rush around in a baking frenzy to be thankful for our daily blessings? I feel overwhelmed with blessings. It will take much more than one day for me to count them all. I plan on spending the next year or so. Just some cuties I found outside on Thanksgiving day.

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. TYLEE AFTON JARDINE HAS ARRIVED! Yesterday was Jacqui’s birthday and guess what she got? 160; A new niece, Tylee Afton Jardine, weighing in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and 19 inches long. I swear she is a clone of Creed. . Of course, Jacqui fits right in where ever she goes and the hospital is her home away from home! Laurie is here to help take care of the Jardine household, Creed is not allowed to visit because of the HlNl virus. OH, FOR A SMOOTH WALL! That’s all folks! Home ...
