We enrolled her in classes and started on June 21. We went every week for 1 hour and then did lots of practicing at home. Here is what Phyllis learned in class:. So, when I stopped blogging I was on week 6 of my dieting, I actually continued well into week 11, on or around December 20th when Gert died, the weather got cold, and the holidays hit.
