Judy Hartman : August 2014
http://judyhartman.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 31, 2014. It has been a very good month in many ways. The weather has been cooler than usual this year. This has made some of my beach-loving friends yearn for hot, sultry days, but I'm always craving a cool breeze. There have been many good porch days, get-togethers with friends and our trip to Tanglewood and the Clark Institute. Another fun trip was an adventure to an international quilt show in New Hampshire with several friends, where we enjoyed both the quilts as well as the vendors!
Judy Hartman : July 2015
http://judyhartman.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. I finished up this drawing today, enjoying the process and not worrying about the results. I used Micron pens, extra-fine Sharpies and watercolor pencils. This reminds me of Rosie, who tries to eat flowers. Looks like she is resting in a potential salad of blossoms! Yes, I keep flowers away from her! Hope you are having a great week! Sunday, May 10, 2015. A Few Words About My Mom. Today is Mothers Day and I'm thinking about my mom, who passed away in 2007. We had a really wonderful relationship and we spent a lot of time laughing together. My tears were mixed with laughter and I was devastated when she died the next day. My support, my rock and my partner in crime was gone - such a huge loss! It was amazing timing and I do believe it was a sign that my mom had indeed begun her "big adventure". Thursday, May 7, 2015. http://judyhartman.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. On the Eve of February. I have been painting paper for ATCs. And pinning some fabric art ideas to a large sheet of foam core. I'm still in the designing stage, obviously! Do you like my floppy trees? I am experimenting with sheer fabrics and. Tulle over hand painted fabric in the background. More snow predicted for Sunday night into Monday. The snowbanks. Oh well, Spring will be here before we know it. Hope you're having a good weekend! Tuesday, January 27, 2015. I've been wor...

http://suppliesoverflowing.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
From the Little Room Upstairs. Thursday, February 23, 2012. It's an easy read, covering the basics, but I am picking up little tidbits here and there.. I also bought a book shelf from the house sale since my books were beginning to take up floor space in my little room. I spent a portion of Sunday and Monday trying to reorganize my supplies in order to fit this shelf into the room. Ok- so the tree is gone. The water curves back, but I need. Please feel free to drop me a line. Links to this post. I spent...

Adventures: No clean pants!
http://hambricks.blogspot.com/2009/03/no-clean-pants.html
Sunday, March 01, 2009. It's a good thing we had some warm weather this week because Travis ran out of clean pants on Friday. Luckily he looked cute in shorts and a sweater! And you have to notice the boots! They're actually a size and a half too big, but he doesn't care. Looks like he's ready to go hiking somewhere! Of course most hiking trails around here are mud and/or ice right now. We'll stick to running errands around town! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Bobby - age 7 -. Wyatt is now 5 and lov...
Adventures: pensieves, portkeys and wands
http://hambricks.blogspot.com/2009/03/pensieves-portkeys-and-wands.html
Sunday, March 08, 2009. Pensieves, portkeys and wands. I've been a little overwhelmed with things that I need to get done in the next couple of months. Of course they're all things I want. I'm sure you can guess I've taken advantage of watching a few Harry Potter movies this weekend on ABCFamily. I always get sucked into the whimsy of the magic. Wouldn't it be awesome if we could have a wand to wave and have the toilets clean? I am totally with you! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Love is what's in t...
Adventures: No allergies!
http://hambricks.blogspot.com/2009/02/no-allergies.html
Wednesday, February 25, 2009. We hit another milestone in the journey to finding out what's going on with Wyatt's health. For years he's had trouble breathing through his nose and often resorts to snorting because he prefers nose breathing to mouth breathing. We've had him on Nasonex and Flonase, but I still believe that's what has created more of his headache issues than anything. We'll see if that flies! This may sound like a long shot, but have you ever taken him to a chiropractor? Love is what's in t...

Monday, September 29, 2008. Not your usual takeout pizza. 8220;For the first time ever, overweight people outnumber average people in America. Doesn't that make overweight the average then?
