Sunshine Quilts: September 2005
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2005/09
Friday, September 30, 2005. This is a great recipe and it is nice if you need something that doesn't require a lot of fuss. It's what we're having in the morning! Posted by Judy Laquidara at 9/30/2005 09:58:00 PM. Links to this post. Thursday, September 29, 2005. I don't know these people but I think the mom and baby both need a quilt! So, that's on the agenda for today. I think I'll see if I can find a panel type baby quilt for the baby and make something really pretty for the mom. JL. Links to this post.

Sunshine Quilts: August 2005
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2005/08
Sunday, August 21, 2005. So, the snails trail blocks reminded me of the roads in Vermont. This quilt will be named Vermont in July and depending on how much I get done in the next few months, might be my entry for Paducah next year. Want to know how I ended up with the final design? Here's the design I copied from the floor tile. Posted by Judy Laquidara at 8/21/2005 12:42:00 AM. Links to this post. Tuesday, August 16, 2005. Congratulations to Ruth Freeman of Maryland! Sunshine Quilts: December 2004
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2004/12
Thursday, December 30, 2004. We have a new Shogun Japanese restaurant here in town. Vince and I went there for lunch today and it was really good. The sun is trying to shine today; the snow is melting. Most roads have at least one lane open. In July, I'm betting I will be wishing for snow! Posted by Judy Laquidara at 12/30/2004 11:17:00 AM. Sunshine Quilts: March 2005
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2005/03
Friday, March 04, 2005. I'm on several support groups for soldiers and there are a few that have touched my heart and probably changed my life. I've found that doing things for the soldiers has brought way more benefit to me than to the soldiers. If you aren't actively and aggressively supporting soldiers, please do so and do it NOW! If you are a quilter, there's a need for quilts for our injured troops coming home. Check out Quilts of Valor. Posted by Judy Laquidara at 3/04/2005 09:47:00 PM. Posted by J...

Sunshine Quilts: February 2005
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2005/02
Sunday, February 27, 2005. My grandfather passed away this morning! They had cows, chickens, pigs, a humongous garden. They lived on a dirt road with no air conditioning so the windows were open 10 months out of the year. Louisiana with no air conditioning can be pretty miserable. Their vehicles were stick shift with no air conditioning and no radio. They went to bed early and were up before daylight. Sounds like torture, huh? Why did I love those times and why would I go back to them? Links to this post.

Sunshine Quilts: April 2005
http://sunshinequilts.blogspot.com/2005/04
Friday, April 29, 2005. I live in a zoo! Chad is failing Algebra 2. Guess I shouldn't be surprised since he's made it through the entire semester without bringing home a book. Oh, boy . . I can't wait til he is a parent and his kids do this to him! He scored in the 85 percentile in math on the ACT test so . . why is he failing Algebra 2? But there's a vet closer to me that stays open til 6 so we've been there and back. If I was a drinking kinda girl, I'd have a beer (or two)! Links to this post.

Sunshine Quilts: July 2005

Saturday, July 30, 2005. The Red Bear Paw from (fill in the blank! I am not a patient person and this story blows my mind. I can't believe I did all this. Back in about 1998 I began a red and white bear paw quilt for my sister-in-law. I like Louis and Eileen a lot! I've just spent more than a full week quilting this thing and the red was running! I had washed all the fabrics but this red just wasn't willing to stay red! Posted by Judy Laquidara at 7/30/2005 05:45:00 AM. Links to this post. Patchwork Time...

Monday, June 20, 2005. Now I Remember . . So, looks like the new house will be in Woodcrest Subdivision instead of Plantation Pointe. Here's the new lot. I believe we need more than luck to get through this! Posted by Judy Laquidara at 6/20/2005 11:38:00 PM. Links to this post. Sunday, June 19, 2005. Already there are Changes. Still happy with the house plan but am not quite sure how the basement will be arranged. Rick will help us with all that tomorrow. Sure hope we're doing the right thing! It was so ...
