Sour Cream Apple Pie. 160;Saturday, March 16, 2013. A tasty "upgrade" to a standard apple pie. This dessert is easy to make and tastes yummy! It is a nice change to an all-time favorite. 1 cup sour cream. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
