Tales from a girl and her dog. Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Pounds, that is. That's right, baby, I've hit an all time high of 209.4 lbs. On the flat bench press. I increased about 20 pounds a week over the last few weeks until last night I did four full sets of 10 with 209.4 lbs. I haven't tried to max out yet, but I might be able to lift 220-230.
