This soup was so simple and so quick! 4-5 cups green curly kale, washed, de-stemmed and cut into bite sized pieces. 3 tbsp. shredded coconut. 2 inches fresh ginger, grated. 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed. 1/4 package brown rice vermicelli noodles. 1 chicken bouillon cube ( all natural, yeast, msg free). 1 tbsp. sesame oil. 1 tbsp. coconut oil.
