8212; Main Menu —. Julia was a beautiful and precious girl who brought so much joy to her family and everyone who she touched. Julia was born in October 2000 with beautiful thick hair, big hazel eyes and severe medical complications. Though born with multiple disabilities, Julia led a life full of joy and love. When serious medical issues got in the way, she fought through. Julia passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at age 11 in November 2011. She is greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

8212; Main Menu —. Chef demonstrates simple yet healthy meal preparation techniques. The Foundation is proud to sponsor an on-going series of healthy cooking classes to disabled adults. Chef Joel Schenzeit, former owner of Joel’s Malibu Kitchen, which was popular restaurant in Ridgewood, N.J., teaches simple, healthy meal preparation in a fun and festive environment. Vinnie is a sweet, 16 year old boy with significant disabilities. The Foundation heard about Vinnie from one of his nurses.
