I stood soldier straight, happily brushing my teeth, and soon enough, the problem resolved itself. So, if you happen to be experiencing a nagging problem you can’t seem to shake, bring some awareness into your daily activities, and how you are holding your body. Have some observe your posture for you. Are you doing any of the following? At the computer, are you keeping your hand on the mouse constantly instead of letting it rest, looking down or sideways at the monitor? The list could go on. June 6, 2014.
