Letter to my Eating Disorder. Friday, May 2, 2014. I do feel recovered. I will be honest though. I still have fear foods that I choose to avoid most of the time. I do choose to stuff my emotions down with food when I am tired, sad, overwhelmed and when issues come up for me from time to time. I still binge every so often. What has changed is how I deal with those situations. The next day isn't as hard for me anymore I just get up and move forwards and try to learn from the situation or relapse moment.

We had been together for about 10 months, but we knew. It was the first time that a guy had given me any jewelry. I had dated a couple other guys before him, but nothing serious.
