The crust was something new for me; vinegar? I have to say, although it smelled kind of funny making it, the crust came out absolutely tender and flaky. She has kindly offered to share her recipe with all of you. Makes enough for two 10" crusts or smaller with left over dough for a lattice). 5 cups All purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten.

To start the ball rolling I thought I'd share my recipe for Orange-Pecan Scones. These are no ordinary scones, mind you. Made with moist and rich and packed full of citrussy, nutty goodness. 6 tsp baking powder.
