I had a head of purple cabbage to use, and after the last attempt to make my yummy lentil and cabbage soup with purple cabbage instead of green, I decided I needed to do something safer for Tim. So, cole slaw. Purple Slaw, Just April's Way. 1/2 head of purple cabbage, shredded. 1/2 onion, shredded (I had red). Dump all the vegetables in a bowl.
