Will have made resolutions to get fit in 2012 and to try out new things this year and so we're here to help with our brand new classes starting in Limerick city this month. Last weekend we offered some taster classes to great response - thank you to everyone who came! And on this coming Saturday January 21st our 6 week courses begin. We have two courses starting.
