This photo is from Ben and Jerry's ice cream festival where you could eat unlimited amounts of ice cream for free. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! This photo is from Foodies Festival in Battersea Park where I tasted and discovered elderflower liquor. It has now become my tipple du jour. This creation made me smile! Just Click Your Heels 123. Saturday, 24 September 2011. If you go down to the woods today. If you go down to the woods today.you'll find sloe berries ready to make your sloe gin for Christmas. Slurp. Hic. These ones are a cross between sloes and plums but we also collected some smaller pure sloes. The hawthorn was a bit prickly! It was so lovely to walk and talk and catch up on each other's news. We sat and marvelled at the autumnal colours and found lots to interest us. Friendship is a beautiful thing.

I've been absent from blogland for a while so this is a catch-up post, largely for my own benefit, but feel free to come along for the ride! Lots has been happening in my patch. Yep, that's right. We finally sold our house! Mainly the last few months/weeks/days have involved us doing this. Boy, oh boy was everyone right when they said moving is one of life's stressful moments.
