The Way I See It. Saturday, November 22, 2014. So when a bunch of friends decided to squeeze some time off their busy schedules and meet up. What do they usually do? Chill at a cafe? Tuesday, March 11, 2014. 上百种超好吃的早餐 9 - 苹果鸡蛋饼. 苹果有“智慧果”、“记忆果”的美称。多吃苹果有增进记忆、提高智能的效果。苹果不仅含有丰富的糖、维生素和矿物质等大脑必需的营养素，而且更重要的是富含锌元素。当苹果遇上鸡蛋，便带来了香甜软糯的苹果鸡蛋饼。主食与水果的结合，更有利与营养的补充。无以伦比的口感，让人一试难忘。材料：鸡蛋2个、苹果半个、低筋面粉少许、熟黑芝麻少许. 2：取半个苹果，去皮去核切成小丁。 4：加入切好的苹果丁，调入少许白糖。 5：因为加了白糖，翻炒几下会有一点汤汁出来，盖上盖子闷1、2分钟。 6：当苹果炒至软烂时，加入少许熟的黑芝麻拌匀，盛起备用。 7：鸡蛋磕入碗中，加一点点的白糖。 10：平底锅开小火，刷上一层薄油，倒入一半的蛋糊，煎至蛋皮表面刚凝固的时候，在1/4处铺上炒好的苹果丁。 11：用锅铲把整张蛋皮对半对折，再轻轻把边缘压紧。 12：然后从没有苹果的那头掀起，盖在有苹果的这一半蛋皮上，稍稍煎制即可。 1：炒苹果丁的时候最好用黄油，口感更好。 View my complete profile.
