Vegas It's not my kind of town. I went to Vegas last week for work. I stayed at Ceasar's Palace, which was nice. I do not like Vegas. I did not gamble. No blackjack. No slots. Nothing. I sat alot. and tried to listen to important work stuff. And I had fun. I ate a Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Tuna nachos, bbq duck crepe and a shrimp and corn tamale. Yum! I shared because it was all so good. I caught up with some folks I haven't seen in a while. And met some new people too. So it wasn't all bad :).

Restaurants I want to try. I figured this is as good a place as any to corral the list of Chicago restaurants that I want to try. I'm hoping to keep this list to a manageable size. Review: The tasting menu was fabulous - just the right amount of food in 5 courses. From when Jen was here. Draw: 5 course for $20 tasting menu. I loved the pork and pineapple, as well as the short rib and scallion. Great take out food for a rainy day! Where: Roscoe Village (? What: Noodles and rice. Draw: everything looks good.
