The Jill of all Trades. My Favourite Chocolate Cake Recipe! Fondant Flower Blossoms with Sugar Pearls. What you’ll need:. Gum paste tinted in desired colour. Roll and cut mat. 9 inch fondant roller. Thin and thick shaping foam. 2 1/4 inch dowel rods. Making the Rose Base. 1 To make the rose base, take a small amount of gum paste and roll it out to inch thick on a lightly dusted roll and cut mat. You can get the exact width by positioning the slightly flattened gum paste in between two inch dowel rods.

If you want to see my experiments head over to my DeviantArt. I have been trying line drawings, shading and one/two tone experiments! There are plenty of ideas brewing ready for university when it starts back up this month. I am quite excited for it! It was such fun to design it. If it is a success, I will upload it here free for others to use.
