The Legend of the Short Gut Wonder! She was born at 27 weeks, 2lbs 11oz and the former donor of TTTS. At 2 weeks she got NEC and lost 90% of her bowel. She now has short bowel syndrome, but at 18 months old was no longer TPN dependant, tolerates full tube feeds and does NOT need a bowel transplant!
