Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp. Urad dal - ½ tsp. Cumin seeds -1/2 tstp. Curry leaves – 4. Heat oil in the pan temper it with mustard,urad,cumin let it. Splutter and add curry leaves. To this add squash and turnip and add milk and cook it with lid on. Till the vegetables are done. Serve it hot with rice.

Garlic – 3 cloves. Ginger – 1 inch piece. Green chilli – 1. Yoghurt – 3 tbsp. Coriander powder – 1 ½ tsp. Red Chilli powder according to taste. Garam masala – 1 tsp. Amchur powder – 1 tsp. Fennel seeds – 1 tsp. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp. Cinnamon – 1. Butter – 2 tbsp. Oil – 2 tbsp. Cut the tomatoes and grind it raw.
