I discovered this simple breakfast recipe a few weeks ago and it's already a family favorite! I use the "Southwestern Style" Egg Beaters and add green onion and mushrooms if I have them. Try them! And if you're watching your diet, they are only 3 Weight Watcher points! 12 turkey bacon strips. 1-1/2 cups egg substitute. 6 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend.

My life.Blogger style. Friday, January 30, 2009. Jay and I went to see Sonny Landreth last evening. He is a blues slide guitar player from Louisana. We have seen Sonny several times in the past in this area as well as in Chicago a few years ago at the Eric Clapton Crossroads guitar festival. I highly recommend seeing him if he's ever in your area! We got to meet up with him after the show. Thursday, January 29, 2009. So let's hope he doesn't see his shawdow! My life.Blogger style. Thursday, February 12, 2009. I've been thinking about Friday the 13th today and decided to do a little research about this day. Below is what I gathered.(By the way, there are 3 Friday the 13ths in 2009. tomorrow, in March and in November. The fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia. According to the Stress Management Center and Phobia Institute in Asheville, NC, an estimated 17 to 21 million people in the US are affected by a fear of this day. Go Red for Women!

If you're watching Weight Watcher points, 3/4 cup is 4 pts. 1-32oz package frozen hash browns. 1-16oz fat free sour cream. 1 - 10-1/2 oz can low fat condensed cream of chicken soup. 1- 8oz package low-fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. 1/4 C light stick butter. Friday, May 2, 2014. Eddie was Confirmed at church on May 1, 2014. Judy and Marty drove down from PA to be here for the ceremony. Judy was Eddies sponsor. On April 30th, we had a celebration dinner. Eddie picked steaks on the grill, broccoli and rice. I got a cake for him at the grocery store. Eddie and Marty cooked the steaks on the grill. Then the Archbishop as him to name all the Popes! Thursday, December 26, 2013. Christmas 2013 Part 2. We made out sugar cookies on Christmas Eve. The kids have always helped with cutting them out and decorating them! Eddie even helps to roll them out sometimes! As is tradition, they always make on Gingerbread man and then the rest are bells, stars, trees, angels and snowmen. I am not sure what they like better, cutting them out, decorating or eating! I always take a picture of them with the gift wrap after they open presents. Eddie on Christmas morning.

Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Snow 2014 Part 2. This is one of the streets in the neighborhood, solid ice. One of the hills close to the house. I choose not to go up this hill last night on my way home from work. Instead I picked the small hill. There are 13 cars sitting along the road. Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Happy 18th Birthday, Kelli! Eighteen years ago today at 9:43pm I welcomed my second child, Kelli Ann, into the world. She didn't come easily, but after 36 hours of labor, she was here weighing in at 9 pounds 3 ounces, 21 inches long. It was a beautiful February day and my Mom was in town to watch Kaila when we went to the hospital. For those who know Kelli, she is avid reader and lover of books. Kaila got her an Ernest Hemingway book and a book about dreams.
