World of Tasty recipes. World of Tasty Recipes. World of Tasty Recipes. Ghee – 3 tbsp. Rice – ½ cup. Grated coconut – 1 cup. 1st coconut milk – 1 cp. 2nd coconut milk – 1 cup. Cashew paste – 2 tbsp. Sugar /jaggery – 1 cup. 1 boil the rice(cooked) in the 2nd coconut milk until it becomes very soft. 2 fry the grated coconut in ghee for about 5 mins until it becomes lite brown. 3 add the coconut fried in ghee to the rice n coconut milk mixture let it boil for 3 mins. 4 add jaggery n let it boil for few mins.

The canteen serves healthy, fresh, unprocessed food in keeping with the school's idea of promoting healthy eating habits in children. So, today's lunch box has only what she took for her 1st and 3rd breaks. Breakfast break - Rava idli. Snack break - Carrot sticks with hummus. To make hummus, you need:. Salt - to taste.

My experiments with food. Thursday, June 18, 2015. Pavakka pakoda / Bittergourd fritters. I have spoken previously on the blog of my love for bittergourd. The husband and daughter share this love of mine for a vegetable that unfairly often gets a bad rap. Today, I have tried to come up with a deep fried dish using this veggie, where the bitterness is only slightly evident. Gram flour - 3/4 cup (approx). Rice flour - 1/2 cup (approx). Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp (adjust to taste). Oil - for deep frying.

My experiments with food. Thursday, March 05, 2015. Pita bread, hummus and falafel - a complete meal. Flour - 3 cups *( see note). Instant yeast - 2 tsp. Salt - 1.5 tsp. Sugar - 1 tsp. Oil - 1 tbsp. Lukewarm water - 1 to 1.5 cups. Pita - hot off the oven. Remove from the oven and serve warm with hummus. To make a complete meal.
