Why, hello there. It's been a little quiet around here lately, but I haven't disappeared. Truthfully? I just haven't felt called to write in this space. Life feels so full and satisfying these days: quiet mornings with a mug of coconut milk coffee, days at lululemon spent goal coaching. I feel good, tired, and intensely grateful. Trail Running and Southwest Salmon Scramble. After several days of feeling under the weather, yesterday found me itching to get out of the house. We made our way down to Peal Street where we noshed alfresco on a lunch of fresh greens and ahi tuna sashimi at Hapa Sushi. Afterward, we meandered in and out of the Pearl Street shops. We ended up at Boulder Running Company where I picked up these. Beauties, my first pair of real trail running shoes. A brief but lovely visit from a friend who's road-tripping.

This image utilized my anti-aliasing feature, and thus took 40 seconds to render on my personal computer. As you can see, reflection and specularity are turned up for demonstration.
