horsegirl: August 2013
http://horsegirlj3.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 16, 2013. It has been almost one (1) year since my last post. Many things have transpired since then, but I will not bore you with every tiny detail. First off, I finished all of my classes last fall and was able to stay sane from biology. Since then I have completed a Jan term class and a 16 hour spring semester. Also, during the spring semester, I did my first field experience. It was amazing! I did it at one of the rural high schools in the area and I loved every minute of it! I am stil...

horsegirl: May 2014
http://horsegirlj3.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 24, 2014. This past week was finals week at school. I ended up catching a cold at the beginning of the week but that did not stop me from studying and finishing up the week strong. This morning I also woke up with a crick in my neck. My weekend just got better. This summer is going to be filled with work, VBS, and reading. Vacation Bible School is Island themed this year. For once this year I am sticking with what has worked: I am doing the opening and closing again. 11Make it your ambition...

horsegirl: My life so far…………
http://horsegirlj3.blogspot.com/2012/10/my-life-so-far.html
Friday, October 5, 2012. My life so far…………. Hello out there. Strange to see that I am back again in the blogging world. For all of my faithful followers who have not given up on me, I thank you for being patient for the long wait between posts. Well, school is going well and the semester is almost half over. The half way mark might have already come, but I have other more important items on my plate to think about than how much of the semester I have left to go. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). horsegirl: August 2012
http://horsegirlj3.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 25, 2012. Well, I am 20 years old. I really do not feel that I should be 20 but I am. VBS is over and done with for this year. We did SKY from Group. I really liked it. Classes started on Monday. I am taking 17 hours. I might be crazy, but after this semester I will only have one more general education class to take along with the other classes I need for my major. Well, it seems that I am not one for a long post anymore. At least I am getting thoughts down. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A Ranger's Blog: April 2009
http://shaleres.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 30, 2009. I have a piano recital tomorrow. And for once, I actually made it TWICE through my song at my piano lesson today (by memory).this is unheard of. Usually I memorize my song at the recital itself. They have this little piano upstairs. I'm playing The Easy Winners, by Scott Joplin. It's pretty cool, although playing 5 minute rag wears on your arms. Links to this post. Sunday, April 26, 2009. SHEM recap, and the next week in preview. Friday night, I "graduated." Sort of. Mom...My li...

http://shaleres.blogspot.com/2010/08/08072010-saturday.html
Saturday, August 7, 2010. Yes, yes, I know I'm devious. Well, the fact remains that I like it more then coke, so there ya go. I've never been a big fan of coke, although I'll definitely drink it, especially on these hot days when anything cold and carbonated tastes good. The Truelove's are coming over here shortly for lunch. We are having cashew chicken. :-D. Yummy yummy yummy I've got love in my tummy. . . The ankle that is giving you problems, is it the same one that has given you fits before? Our Cons...

Saturday, July 31, 2010. Catching up and Gran Torino. Well, I journal-failed. I pretty much haven't really journaled in a few days, since the last time was yesterday morning attempting to describe the day before. Lol. Now, I realize some messages would be difficult to get across without portraying the ugly nastiness that is this fallen world . . . and to that predicament, I have no answer. A Ranger's Blog: December 2008
http://shaleres.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 27, 2008. A's, Calc, Good Teachers, Headsets swelling. Okayso.I haven't posted in a while. Not anything deep, anyway. I got my grades back from ENG 101 and Trigometry. I recieved A's in both classes. So Praise the Lord on that! My teachers were just absolutely wonderful! I hope next semesters' teachers are just as good. From what my sister says (who got her LPN degree at the same college), the teachers at this college are the best.too bad I'm transferring out next semester. This is fin...

http://shaleres.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 14, 2010. I'm leaving in the morning for Port-au-Prince. There is about a 10 hour drive ahead of us provided nothing goes wrong. Then on Monday afternoon I fly out of Port back to the States. Please pray for traveling safety both on the drive and on the flight. Thanks for keeping up with my blog during my time in Haiti. I hope you enjoyed the blog posts! I will probably post some pictures of my time here when I get back home. The internet here is not conducive to that. Links to this post.

Sunday, May 24, 2009. Oh, speaking of MacBooks and computers.I'm debating between getting a Netbook (mini-laptop) or a real Laptop (like as a replacement desktop) or a Netbook and a Desktop.or other various combinations of those 3 items. A Desktop is great for at home use. It allows for games, hi-speed internet, word processing, and a myriad of other things, such as media work. It's the fastest option in processing power, and will have the largest hard drive (600-800 GB). Average cost, $750. Then of cour...
