It's easy and inexpensive, and they are a healthy addition to salads and sandwiches. I also eat them by themselves. Because they are on the counter, and I will eat anything left out on the counter. Lightly toss the ingredients. next time I will use fresh grated parmesan cheese, just 1 TBSP of almonds and a fresh tomato. 7 cal 1 cup spinach. 66 cal 1 egg. 60 cal 1 TBSP peppercorn ranch dressing. 60 cal 20 g sun dried tomatos. 40 cal 1 TBSP grated cheese. 190 cal 1/3 cup toasted almonds. Slice up the cabbage, toss with grated carrots, raisins and toasted almonds. drizzle oil seasoned with cinnamon and vanilla over mixture. devide avocado quarter into three, place on tortilla chips and place on top of the salad. 25 cal 1 cup cabbage. 60 cal 1/8 cup raisins. 70 cal 1/8 cup almonds. 24 cal 1/2 cup grated carrots. 60 cal 1/2 TBSP Udo's Oil. 25 cal 3 tortilla chips. 160 cal 1/2 avocado.

Monday, February 21, 2011. Tortilla chips with pineapple and tomato. Tortilla Chips with Pineapple and Tomato (301 cal). Handful of mini tomatos, chopped onion. 1 cm slice mozzerella cheese, diced. 2 TBSP sour cream, light. Cal 2 TBSP salsa. Layer pineapple, tomatos, onion and cubed or grated or cubed cheese. Over the tortilla chips, broil until browned. Add a dollop of salsa and sour cream. 100 cal 10 tortilla chips. 38 cal 1/2 cup pineapple. 26 calhandful of mini tomatos, chopped onion. Fill me up salad.

Friday, June 15, 2012. One potato, baked in microwave, then sliced almost through. Edamame beans, shelled. Grated or slivered carrot. Oregano or whatever else is growing.
