Log of my health issues. I cannot believe it has been this long since I posted here. What a roller coaster ride the last three months have been. Besides the no hormone issue, I feel better than I have in years physically. Th RA is stable and the Ulcerative Colitis is great - no sores! My RA bothers me from time to time, but no flares. Squats can be done with or without weights. To add weight, you can hold dumbells in your hands or you can place a barbell behind your head so that it rests directly below the base of your neck. Running is an excellent way to develop your cardiovascular abilities. Can start by alternating walking and slow jogging for 10-30 minutes.
